Returns

We don’t want to be stuck with something we don’t like. We figure there are two main reasons someone wants to return something.

  • A product is defective
  • The product is fine, but we just don’t like it

If A Product is Defective

Rarely, our printer might ship something that didn’t get printed straight or didn’t see that the product is defective. None of us are perfect!

We offer a limited warranty that starts on the date you received your order and lasts for fifteen (15) days.

With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) replace such products free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products.

If You Don’t Like the Product

Please note, we can’t accept returns for personalized or customized orders.

We know having to return something that doesn’t fit is a pain. That’s why our products include size guides. It is your responsibility to check the size guides, choose the right size, colour and any other attribute before ordering.

To get the best fit we strongly suggest you measure yourself and measuring your existing clothing to get the right size for you.

However, sometimes things just don’t work out. We don’t want you to be stuck with it. So if your product is not defective but you just don’t like it, please contact us to start a return process.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must retain their original tags and labels, and it must be unworn or unused and return in the original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please include your name and order number so we can match your order to the item.

We are unable to return personalized products, unless they are defective.

The Following Items Can’t be Returned or Exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

We Can’t Accept Cancellations

To get your order to you as soon as possible we send your order immediately to our suppliers to be processed as soon as possible. Because our suppliers have automated and streamlined their processes as much as possible, once the process has started with our suppliers, we can’t cancel it.

Please ensure your order contains the right size and colour, as well as the right address and telephone number.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order as soon as possible!
