Acceptance of the use of CourtBound.com Terms and Conditions

Your access to and use of CourtBound.com is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

Customer Responsibility

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to:

  1. Ensure your order contains accurate information as to product choice, and product options regarding reference color, size, design, etc.
  2. Check and determine your full ability to receive the products
  3. Ensure your contact information including email, address with postal code and if required phone number are correct.

Correct address and postal code/zip code, your up-to-date telephone number and e-mail address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of your products. Once your payment has been processed, the order is automatically placed and you will not be able to edit or cancel your order. However, if you want to change some parameters such as your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee we can make modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case by case basis.

Acceptable Content Guidelines

All content uploaded to our site must be legal and must not violate any laws or intellectual property rights. If in doubt, do not use our services.

By using our product designer to create or modify designs you agree you will not upload any content that depicts child pornography, obscene content, or content that depicts, promotes or praises crimes, illegal or otherwise harmful activities, terrorism and/or individuals, groups or organizations promoting any of the aforementioned.

In addition you agree to not upload any content that is considered to be hateful. We don’t tolerate content that expresses hatred towards or attacks on any person, group and/or their protected characteristics (such as but not limited to age, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability).

You also have to follow your local laws and those of the regions you’re shipping orders to. It’s your responsibility to understand what you legally can and can’t create.

If we believe any of your content falls into any of the aforementioned categories we reserve the right to block and or remove it.

Product Colors

The colors shown on the website are for reference only.

We try to display the colors of our products shown on the website as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, the actual colors are dependent on how your screen is calibrated, and we can not guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate. Thus, CourtBound.com takes no responsibility whatsoever for any variances between the appearance of colors or graphics displayed on your monitor and any finished Product.

Product Size

Sizing charts are intended to be a guide only. While we do our best to ensure all our sizing is consistent with the size charts, you may find that some styles vary in size. Our garment sizes correspond to the size charts provided by our suppliers with up to 1 inch tolerance in potential variance (smaller or larger).

Customs & Duties on Products

Customs and Duty fees are set by the destination country and are beyond our control. Shipments may incur additional fees depending on the destination country. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. The fee may depend in your order value, country limits and other factors.

Delivery Dates

All delivery estimates of physical products given at the time of placing and confirming orders are subject to change. We will do our best to contact you via your email you provided at the time of ordering and advise you of all changes. Unfortunately we unable guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.

Lost packages in transit

Neither Sqiash2Life.com nor CourtBound’s partners handle shipping. Once our products are printed, and packaged, they are handed off for third party shipping. If your package is lost in transit and shows that it has not been delivered, we will re-print it and re-send it at no cost to you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the order date.

What if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

In the rare case that tracking indicates a delivery, is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

Unfortunately once your order is in the hands of a shipper, CourtBound.com is no longer able to take any responsibility and we cannot issue refunds or returns in this case.

Wrong Address Returns

If you entered a wrong address, then you are held responsible.

However, if you just placed the order, contact us immediately. We can’t guarantee that we can make the change before your order is shipped, but we might be able to. Usually the package is sent back to our warehouse. If so we’ll contact you for an updated address. However, the packages sometimes are not returned. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.

Returns

Please contact us to let us know about a product return. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. Please contact us directly to get instructions on how to submit a claim.

Cases where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, you will need to fill out a return form (please contact us) and be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Once the item is returned, we will place the new order.

Description of Products

We use our best efforts to provide you with the the most accurate images and descriptions, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

Change of Use

CourtBound.com reserves the right to:

  • Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) products, the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that CourtBound.com shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal and.
  • Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Advice

All content and information provided on this website is as is and provided for informational, education or entertainment purposes only and any use of thereof is solely at your own risk. The author and CourtBound.com or any its agents shall not be liable for any injury, cost, or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise, and other information provided either directly or indirectly through this website or on the Internet generally.

Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

if a dispute arises between you and CourtBound.com, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. These Legal Terms and Conditions and your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without reference to any choice of law or conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Legal Terms and Conditions or any communication with or transaction through this Site.
